PAGE 毕 业 论 文 题目： 企业融资战略研究 专业： 投资管理 XXX大学毕业论文 PAGE 12 摘 要 企业融资问题，尤其是企业融资的偏好和成本问题，成为我国21世纪资本市场争论的热门话题之一。本文以企业融资战略变迁入手，着重分析企业融资存在的主要问题，企业融资是指以企业为主体融通资金，使企业及其内容各环节之间资金供求由不平衡到平衡的运动过程。当资金短缺时，以最小的代价措施到适当期限，适当额度的资金；当资金盈余时，以最低的风险、适当的期限投放出去，以取得最大的收益，从而实现资金供求的平衡。 企业融资是以企业的资产、权益和预期收益为基础，筹集项目建设、营运及业务拓展所需资金的行为过程。企业的发展，是一个融资、发展、再融资、再发展的过程。一般企业都要经过产品经营阶段、品牌经营阶段及资本运营阶段。随着现代企业自身的不断发展，企业与社会专业机构协作，解决企业自身问题的现象越来越普遍。会计师事务所、律师事务所、财经公关、融资顾问等专业机构的出现，为企业发展的各个阶段提供专业化服务。随着社会分工的不断细化，企业发展也从此走上了一条规范化的道路。 关键词： 企业融资；融资战略；融资渠道； Abstract Enterprise financing problems，especially the enterprise financing preference and cost issues，as Chinas capital market in the 21st century one of the hot topic of debate。Based on changes of enterprise financing strategy，this paper emphatically analyzes main problems of corporate finance，corporate finance refers to financing companies as the main body, make the enterprise content and its each link between capital movement process from unbalance to balance supply and demand。 When a shortage of funds, with the minimum cost of measures to the appropriate deadline，appropriate amount of money，When the money surplus when，with the lowest risk of dropping out，appropriate time limit, in order to obtain the biggest benefit，so as to realize the balance of supply and demand.
