摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE IV PS泡沫塑料片材的生产车间工艺设计 摘 要 本说明书主要设计了PS泡沫塑料片材挤出生产工艺。 根据当今PS泡沫片材行业的发展前景和应用，结合实际，详细说明了聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料片材的配方设计、挤出生产工艺流程及参数的确定和废品的后处理等方面。对挤出机型号的选定进行了明确的计算。计算了工艺过程中物料衡算和热量衡算。还就车间管理与生产组织、工程经济概算进行了规划。最后确定了年产量20000t的PS片材的挤出成型工艺，其配方设计可行，车间管理与生产组织完善。 关键词：PS泡沫塑料片材，挤出成型，物料衡算，热量衡算 PS Foam Plastics Sheet Materials Production Workshop Technological Design Abstract This instruction booklet mainly designed the PS foam plastics sheet material to squeeze out the technique of production. The basis now the PS froth sheet material professions prospects for development and the application, the union reality, showed in detail the polystyrene foam plastics sheet materials compound design, squeezes out the technique of production flow and parameter determination and waste product aspects and so on post-processing.
