水溶性酚醛树脂及其层压板的制备 摘 要 传统的酚醛树脂与改性后的酚醛树脂大多为传统的醇溶性，虽然工艺技术成熟，但也有非常明显的缺点；传统的水溶性酚醛树脂多采用单一的氨水化和物作为催化剂，而且多仅应用于木材行业和矿业，多作为胶粘剂使用，如果应用于电气行业的层压板，往往达不到相应的电气性能标准。而且在水溶性酚醛树脂的制备中，多种因素交互影响产品的质量，这些因素包括：反应时间的控制，甲醛与苯酚以及催化剂之间物质投放量之比，反应温度的控制，反应过程的选择和具体操作过程。本试验中：将通过各种因素的类比和多重试验，掌握试验的要求，了解各种因素对于最后成品质量的影响程度和趋势，同时通过对关于酚醛树脂质以及相应树脂相关模压产品的检测标准的测量来调节最终配方的各项参比，进行与水溶性酚醛树脂相关的新配方新工艺的系统研究与讨论。 关键字：水溶性酚醛树脂，性能指标，配方，工艺条件，催化剂 The Preparations of Resole and Interrelated Laminated Plank Author: LUO chengyu Tutor: YANG guang Abstract The traditional phenol formaldehyde resins as well as those improved, although the craft technique is mature, also have the very obvious weakness for its quality; The traditional water-soluble phenol formaldehyde resins adopts single ammonia water more to turn to be used as the only catalyst, and only seems to apply much in timber profession with mineral industry as gum, if the resins applying in the electricity profession of interrelated plank, usually can not reach the homologous electricity function standard. In the process of the preparation for resoles there are various factors handing over with each other quantity of affecting the product, these factors include; Respond the horary control, the formaldehyde throws in with phenol, catalyst materials, the dealing of ratio, as well as the control of the temperature. In our experiment we will pass the type of every kind of factor ratio with many experiment, understand every kind of factor passes finally the influence degree of the finished product quantity with trend; according to standard get examination of the product concerning the resin quality and related molding products; try to proceed with the whole system research of the new craft in related new formula.
