[键入文字] 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目 粗糙集在阑尾炎诊断上的应用 学生姓名： 指导教师： 理 学院 信息与计算科学 专业 101 班 粗糙集在阑尾炎诊断上的应用 Rough set in the diagnosis of appendicitis 学生姓名： 所在专业： 班 级： 指导教师： 申请学位： 论文提交日期： 论文答辩日期： 201 学位授予单位： 青岛理工大学 青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 摘 要 当我们去医院看病的时候，医生需要根据我们身体的不同症状对病情进行诊断，比如对于发烧的患者来说不同人会出现，身体乏力，体温上升，头疼，口干等不同症状，但并不是每一个症状在同一个人身上全部发生，医生会依据病人不同的症状判断病情并给出治疗方案。但医省不能保证诊断没有误差，因为病症是病人主观陈述的，也不能保证每一个病症准确无误，由于多种不完整，不确定信息，使病情诊断变得复杂。所以需要研究基于多种不完整，不确定信息得到结论的方法。 粗糙集就是一种主要处理不完整、不确定数据的数学方法。本文介绍粗糙集的理论，概念以及其发展过程，并将其用于疾病诊断。通常，医生分析数据主要是基于患者检验单的各分项数值和数值之间的联系，分析它们是否对疾病诊断存在影响。我们利用粗糙集结合医学问题进行对模糊数据的研究，这样不仅可以考虑各症状对于病情诊断的重要性还可以对于具体患者具体分析，然后做出诊断。 关键词:粗糙集,知识约简,决策优化,阑尾炎,不完整数据 ABSTRACT When we go to the hospital, the doctor needs depending on the symptoms of the disease in our body to diagnose, such as for patients with fever who appear different people, physical fatigue, increased body temperature, headache, dry mouth, such as different symptoms, but not each of the symptoms occur in the same person, the doctor will be different according to the patients symptoms to determine the condition and give treatment. But doctors can not guarantee that there is no error diagnosis because the disease is the patients subjective statements, we can not guarantee the accuracy of each disease, due to many incomplete and uncertain information, so that complicates the diagnosis of the disease. This article describes the rough set theory, the concept and its development process and introduces rough set in disease diagnosis. In this paper, we know from the rough set is a major deal with incomplete data, mathematical methods of uncertainty, and in medical diagnostic applications solve many practical problems. Typically, doctors analyzed data mainly refers to the links between the numerical value and the breakdown between patient check list to see if they exist major impact on disease diagnosis, and medical problems combined with rough set of fuzzy data research, not only the importance of considering all the symptoms of th
