ABSTRACT Telomere is end of linear DNA in eukaryotes. Its function is protecting chromosomal stabilization and ensuring replicating of chromosomal ends. Telomeric DNA comprised of telomeric repeat (TR) and telomere associated sequence (TAS) which is close to TR.
