HBV infection causes not only acute and chronic hepatitis B but also cirrhosis and liver cancer. The clinical anti-HBV drugs have side effects, drug resistance and expensive problem. Traditional Chinese herbs as anti-HBV drugs have more advantages, such as high efficiency, low toxicity and multi-target points. So, screening safe and effective anti-HBV constituents in herbs is an important research field of anti-HBV drugs. We screened out three herbs (Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don)
