摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE 7 毕业设计论文 四轴四面卧式镗床夹具设计 摘 要 夹具与机床的结合，夹具作为机床的一部分，成为机械加工中不可缺少的工艺装备。用夹具装夹工件可以保证加工精度，降低人工等级，提高劳动生产率和降低加工成本，扩大机床工艺范围等作用，使得操作方便、安全。 本文首先介绍了夹具的研究背景，通过对参考文献进行详细的分析，阐述了机械夹具的作用及相关内容；对夹具的设计，阐述了镗床夹具设计要则和具体的设计过程，并对夹具的工作原理及动作说明作了简要说明。在技术路线中，通过对零件的工艺分析、定位方案的确定，论述了工艺路线方案的最优化选取，定位误差、夹紧力和夹具的定位精度的计算。这次毕业设计是我们在毕业之前对所学各课程的一次深入、综合性的总复习，为以后的设计工作提供了一个指导。关键词： 镗模，夹具，定位，夹紧  THE THE FIXTURE DESIGN OF FOUR-AXIS HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINE Clamp and the machine tool union, the clamp is the machine tool part , become essential handicraft of machine work middle equipment. Use clamp to pretend to grip workpiece being able to swear to process accuracy , to reduce the manpower grade ,improve productivity and reduce finished cost, expand machine tool handicraft range ,and so on, Feasible operation is convenient , safe. The clamp research background the main body of a book has been introduced first, by presenting the effect and relevance content having analysed , setting forth the machinery clamp detailedly to references; The grip design having designed , setting forth a boring lathe has designed process need to be and concrete, and operating principle and action instruction for clamp has done brief instruction for clamp. Industrial analysis , the scheme fixing position passing in the route, to the part in technology ascertaining that, the optimization having discussed the handicraft route schemes chooses, positioning error, the clamping force, the calculation of clamp accuracy . Current graduation practice is that we have gone deep into before graduating to what be learned every course once , general comprehensiveness review , the design job being a hereafter have provided one to guide.
