Development of mobile phone APP client can build a campus university digital campus culture, improve digital campus system, and expand information exchange platform to facilitate the construction of the virtual campus. This article describes the development of mobile applications based on the IOS System by acquiring Nanjing University Jinling Institute Pocket campus and redesigned the interface. From feasibility analysis, development of technology, the development environment, system architecture, detailed design features, system testing and other aspects were described in detail. The application is divided into Home module, the module library, living area and individual module center module.
