With regard to the study of corporate social responsibility a long time, and with the rise of the consumer movement flourished, so far the theoretical circles and business circles at home and abroad is still a hot spot. Lack of private corporate social responsibility has become a serious fact. Although we spare no effort from the business, government, consumers, suppliers, media, non-governmental organizations, stakeholders, enhance the private point of view to explore ways of corporate social responsibility, but the actual situation does not a big difference. In this paper, the social responsibility of enterprise competitiveness, the soft point of view, put forward perspective based on soft competitive assessment of private corporate social responsibility indicators, combined with lack of private corporate social responsibility performance and the reasons for and summarized the social responsibility of private enterprises to enhance the specific measures, respectively, to establish the right coiporate values, foster good corporate managers, stakeholders in the implementation of the strategy set up specialized agencies and CSR in charge of CSR, CSR to strengthen education and training, building leaming-oriented corporate culture. Combination of Sanlu milk powder incident analysis, this paper considers that the mere increase of private corporate social responsibility to find ways of improving the situation of private corporate social responsibility is not enough, coiporate social responsibility
