毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV 中央空调制冷机组控制系统设计 摘 要 本次设计课题是广东一家沃尔玛超市的中央空调制冷机组控制系统设计，设计目的是为该商场设计合理的中央空调制冷机组控制系统，为商场里的工作人员提供舒适的工作环境。该中央空调系统采用的是水系统，主要有制冷主机、冷却水循环系统、冷冻水循环系统、风机盘管系统和冷却塔系统组成。工作原理是冷冻水泵用来循环冷冻水，冷冻水进入风机盘管，与室内进行热交换，降低室内空气温度，达到制冷目的；冷却水泵用来循环冷却水，冷冻水带走室内热量，通过主机内的冷媒将热量传递给冷却水，冷却水泵将升温后的冷却水压入冷却塔，使之与大气进行热交换，降温后送回主机。设计采用杰控的FameView绘制并设计了中央空调系统的监控系统画面，画面简洁易懂，操作方便，效果逼真，达到了该商场对中央空调系统的要求。 关键词：中央空调、制冷主机、冷却泵、冷冻泵、风机盘管。  Abstract This design topic is a wal-mart store in guangdong province of central air conditioning refrigeration unit to control system design, the design purpose is for the store design reasonable, central air conditioning system for shopping malls provide comfortable working environment for staff. The central air conditioning system adopts the water system, mainly has refrigeration host, cooling water circulation system, frozen water cycle system, fan coil system and cooling tower system. Frozen water pump working principle is used as a cycle of frozen water, chilled water into the fan coil, heat transfer with interior, reduce indoor air temperature, to achieve refrigeration; Cooling water pump is used for circulating cooling water, chilled water take indoor quantity of heat, through the refrigerant within the host transfer heat to the cooling water, cooling water pump will heat up the cooling water pressure into the cooling tower and heat exchange with the atmosphere, back to the host after cooling. Control design use jiekong FameView draw and design the monitoring system of central air conditioning system, appearance is concise and easy to understand, to life, has reached the requirement of the market of central air conditioning system.
