某 LNG 气化站工艺设计 摘 要 作为城市利用 LNG 的主要设施,LNG 气化站凭借其建设周期短、投资少、更能 方便及时地满足市场用气需求的特点，成为我国东南沿海众多经济较发达、但能源 紧缺地区的永久供气设施或管输天然气到达前的过渡供气设施。 如何设计 LNG 气化站的工艺流程和处理好设备的选型问题，是降低工程造价、 提高项目的经济效益的关键所在。在本文中，经过对几种 LNG 气化站工艺流程中 的设备投资和日常运营维修费用等方面对比，选定了它们当中较优的设计方案；并 针对该设计方案进行设计和计算：如管路的计算、校核，LNG 储罐、卸车增压器、 储罐增压器、气化器、NG 加热器、BOG 加热器、EAG 加热器、计量和加臭装置 等设备的设计及选型；最后，介绍了气化站的安全设计并对其进行了经济评价。 关键词：LNG 气化站，工艺，设备选型，安全 V 某 LNG 气化站工艺设计 Abstract With characteristics such as short construction period, low investment and more conveniently and timely to meet market demands of the natural gas , LNG gasification station becomes permanent or transitional gas supply facilities in many economic developed while energy lack areas of southeastern coastland of China or in some areas before piping the natural gas, respectively. The key to reduce project cost and improve projects economic benefit is how to design the process flow of LNG gasification station and treat with type selection of relative equipment. In this paper, the better design scheme was chosen firstly through comparison to the equipment investment and the running and repair cost in daily of these several LNG gasification process. Then design and calculation were carried out according to the design scheme, such as calculation and check of the pipeline, design and type selection of LNG tank, unloading and tank boosters, vaporizer, NG heater, BOG heater, EAG heater, metering and odorizing equipment. Finally, the safety design of LNG gasification station was introduced and its economic evaluation was provided. Key words: LNG gasification
