It is management thoughts and the pattern can comprehensive resources of enterprises. ERP system can strengthen management efficiency and management level, so as to enhances the enterprise the economic and competitive ability. Now, as a an effective enterprises information solution more and more enterprises pay great attention to it. The dissertation analysed some problems in ERP management system, proposed a series of solutions countermeasure, formulated the ERP management system, constructed the ERP management system orgnation, improved the ERP system function structure and formed a set of complete ERP management system. At the same time, how to implement these countermeasures effectively is important too, this dissertation clears about the implementation goal, the strategy, and implements process. And make some reseach on optimizing enterprise flow, combining enterprise strategy, strenghen learning work, these work can guarantee the countermeasures implementation. Though analysis to questions in ERP management system, this dissertation has solved the problems, consummated the ERP management system and raised management level in China Aerospace Corp 801, as also built the solid foundation for the further development.
