摘 摘 要 伴随着经济全球化进程的加快，集装箱枢纽港的竞争也日趋激烈，为了在新 一轮的枢纽港竞争中抢占先机，世界各国都把集装箱枢纽港的建设作为其港口发 展的重点。我国是世界上最大的集装箱货源生成地，但到目前为止还没有一个真 正的国际集装箱枢纽港，大量货物经过境外中转，严重阻碍了我国集装箱运输的 发展，为此，根据我国沿海各港口目前的情况，选择上海港建立国际集装箱枢纽 港成为必然，本人对上海建设集装箱枢纽港的必要性、可行性以及建成之后的竞 争力情况进行了分析，得出结论，在上海建设集装箱枢纽港市最合适的。 本文首先对集装箱枢纽港的形成以及其发展趋势进行了分析，并指出了国内 外各主要港口建设集装箱枢纽港的经验。 其次、本文指出了上海建设国际集装箱枢纽港的必要性和可行性。并对上海 集装箱枢纽港的建设现状，从基础设施发展现状、集疏运网络发展现状、腹地经济 发展现状、软环境建设现状、信息化建设现状等五个方面进行了分析，并指出了其发展 过程中存在的问题。接着，对上海集装箱未来15年的吞吐量进行了预测，指出 上海集装箱吞吐量到2010年将达到2500万TEU，2015年将达到3500万TEU， 2020年将达到4600万TEU。 本文第三部分对上海建设集装箱枢纽港的发展策略进行了分析，对发展策略 分析分为三部分：港内策略、区域内策略和国际策略。本部分通过从三个不同的 方面对其发展策略进行分析，力求提出一些值得采纳的建议。 本文最后利用AHP—F隶属度合成法，建立了集装箱竞争力评价指标体系，对 上海集装箱枢纽港建成后的竞争力进行了预测。最后得出了上海集装箱港最具有 竞争力的结论，从而进一步证明了在上海建设集装箱枢纽港的必然性。 关键词：集装箱枢纽港 A A B S。l。R A C 1。 Accompanying with the accelerated 910bality trend of world economy， competition for hub port becomes【【lore and more fierce． In order to be more actiVe in the incoming competition， many countries regard the construction of ports as the emphasis of the development of their ports． 0ur country is the biggest generating place for the supply of container goods，howeVer there eVen isn’ t an international hub port in deed．A great deal of goods should be transferred overseas， which interfered the deVelopment of our container transportation seriously． As a result， it is imperative to construct the container hub port in our country in shanghai． It is analyzed about the necessity and feasibility of constructing the container hub port in shanghai，draw a conclusion，it’ s the most suitable to consn’uct the container hub port in shanghai． In the first，on the basis of analysis on the current condition of our container ports and the deVelopment trend of world container ports， and point out the main experience on how to construct the container hub port home and out． In the second， we analysis the necessity and feasibility of constructing the container hub port in shanghai and the construct condition of our container ports in shanghai in this thesis，fr
