A lot of enterprises have set up their own business sites, corporate Web site have become the new platform of business and image promotion. However, due to our information-based business started rather late, there is still some lack in the use of the corporate Web site. Through in-depth investigations and studies of domestic and the American corporate Web site, described their status in quo, through comparative analysis reveals the features and advantages of the Western developed excellent business Web site, and based on our own business characteristics of Chinese enterprises to put forward specific ideas to improve the building of corporate Web site. In the hope of being able to improve and refine the construction of Chinese corporate Web site, and providing a theoretical draw of how to make good use of web site in enterprise management. In order to avoid the loss of practical value of this paper, the author dose not only use the literature analysis, theoretical analysis but also combined with comparative analysis, ease analysis, and put the content of the theory into practical practice, and put forward some feasible and inter- operability proposals and measures.
