PAGE 单层钢结构厂房设计 摘 要 单层工业厂房是一种广泛应用于仓库，厂房宿舍，食堂等配套房屋， 的厂房绝大多数见于轻工、电子、仪表、通信、医药等行业 ，单层钢结构厂房具有用途广泛、建筑简易、施工期短、经久耐用、造价合理等优点，随着我国钢产量的增大，很多厂房都采用了钢结构。越来越广泛的使用亦代表着要求我们建造的工业厂房设计必须贯彻执行国家的有关方针政策，做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、确保质量，符合节约能源和环境保护的要求。单层厂房在自重上决定了它具有远胜于其他混凝土结构的抗震能力，但亦由于它构造简单带来了结构在抵抗其他荷载上能力的不足。单层厂房的端墙（山墙）受风面积较大，内部空间要求、厂房屋顶面积、荷载等均较大，构造复杂，如何进行有效的荷载效应组合、选取最不利内力组合，作为柱及基础的设计依据，将是本文要重点解决的问题。 关键词：建筑简易；施工期短；经久耐用； JINGANG MONOLAYER STEEL STRUCTRE WORKSHOP DESIGN Abstract Single-layer workshop is a kind of widely used in warehouse, factory dormitory, canteen and other ancillary buildings, plant most in light industry, electronics, instrumentation, communications, medical and other industries, monolayer steel structure workshop has wide application, simple construction, short construction period, durable advantages, reasonable cost, with the increase of steel production in China, many factories have adopted steel structure. More and more widely used also represents the industrial plant design requirements we built to implement the relevant national policies, to advanced technology, reasonable economy, safety and quality, meet the energy saving and environmental protection requirements. Single-layer workshop decided its seismic capacity is far better than other concrete structure in the weight, but also because of its simple structure brought structure in resistance to other load capacity. Single-layer workshop end wall (gable) wind area is larger, the internal space requirements, building roof area, loads are large, complex structure, how to effectively of combination of action effects, select the most unfavorable combination of internal forces, design basis as column and foundation, is the key to solve the problem.
