小细胞肺癌低钠血症的原因分析及护理 张慧泳 陕西省肿瘤医院 关键词：小细胞肺癌 低钠血症 护理 摘要：目的：由于小细胞肺癌患者低钠的临床症状不典型，因此极易与其他病因相混淆，耽误病人及时早期治疗，因此分析小细胞肺癌出现低钠血症的原因，准确对症处理，为临床护理提供科学有效的方法。方法：收集我科2012年1月至2014年3月的小细胞肺癌合并低钠血症的病例24例，查阅相关文献结合本科室小细胞肺癌患者合并低钠的临床表现及实验室化验数据分析其出现低钠血症的原因，结合原因加强观察、积极预防、科学护理。结论：化疗、放疗、SIADH、发热、肿瘤进展、癌性疼痛等都可影响小细胞肺癌患者的血钠水平，临床护士须严密观察患者的病情变化，熟悉低钠血症的表现并及时发现低钠患者的早期临床表现，评估并分析患者出现低钠的原因，及时与医师沟通，对症准确的实施护理以及掌握出现低钠血症后合理科学的补钠原则，警惕SIADH的早期表现和神经系统症状，及早发现和处理。 Causes of hyponatremia in patients with small cell lung cancer and nursing care ZHANG HUI-YONG Shaanxi Provincial Tumor Hospital Key words：Small cell lung cancer,Hyponatremia,Care Summary:As small-cell lung cancer patients with low sodium clinical symptoms are not typical, so easily confused with other causes, delay the patient early treatment, so analysis of small cell lung cancer causes of hyponatremia, accurate symptomatic treatment for clinical care to provide science effective method. Methods: 24 cases of small cell lung cancer complicated with hyponatremia were collected from January 2012 to March 2014 in our department. The clinical manifestations and laboratory test data of patients with small cell lung cancer combined with low sodium in our department were analyzed. Its causes of hyponatremia, combined with the reasons to strengthen observation, active prevention, and scientific care. Conclusion: Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, SIADH, fever, tumor progression, cancer pain and so on can affect the serum sodium level of patients with small cell lung cancer. Clinic nurses should closely observe the patients condition and be familiar with hyponatremia. Sodium patients with early clinical manifestations, assessment and analysis of patients with low sodium causes, and timely communication with physicians, symptomatic and accurate implementation of care and control of hyponatremia after a reasonable scientific principles of sodium, to guard against the early performance of SIADH and nervous system Sy
