中国科技大学硕士毕业论文但是本文也有一些不足：依然没有考虑多级供应链的合作协调：没有实证研 中国科技大学硕士毕业论文 但是本文也有一些不足：依然没有考虑多级供应链的合作协调：没有实证研 究；没有考虑订货提前期等。同时这也是目前研究的难点和热点，希望有兴趣的 读者能在这方面有所建树。 关键词：供应链管理BOM表经济批量合作协调季节性产品 英文摘要 Abstract The definitiong of Supply Chain Management(SCM)is first introduced in this paper．The SCM is referred to as a seris of activity that coordinates the SC’S all tache． which makes logistics，informationg flow,cash flow and structure flow succeed in operation，at the same time reduces the whole SC’S cost，increases the benefits of SC’s firms by coordination．The SCM is a management model which makes suppliers， deUbery,manufactory,retailor,and the users forming a whole by foregoing logistics and back c ash flow,information flow．Its key theory is to enhance the whole SC’s performance．At the same time，we introduce the concept ofMRPII，JIT’AM，etc，and the relation between them and SCM．Then the significance ofresearching the SCM is emphasized． Then，it iS introduced how BOM iS used in the firms．On the basic of the BOM， the actuality ofthe SCM research is recommended．The BOM is referred to as the bill and structure of required parts．The firms may establish their own best order delivery time and EOQ as soon as the MRPIt is put into effect．On the basic of the BOM，the drawbacks of the SCM research are followed：(1)no thinking about over-two— echolon SCM；(2)the coordination research ofthe SCM thinking about the BOM isn’t often referred；(3)no thinking about the relative requirement；(4)no thinking about the key parts which is of priority；(5)the demonstration research isn’t enough；(6)no thinking about the order delivery time and the EOQ together． The second chapter regards the BOM as the connection of the whole SC， thinking about the key parts and the relative ruquirement，gives three optimization 阿级供M链企业之间的合作协洲研究 d 中国科技大学顺二L毕业论文models，The 中国科技大学顺二L毕业论文 models，The models improve the whole SC’s performance by changing the relative firms’order delivery time and EOQ，an
