摘 摘 要 普京的中间主义道路是在对苏联社会主义建设成功和失败的经验教训进行 全面总结、对俄罗斯联邦十年政治经济改革失败的教训进行深刻反思、对俄罗斯 的历史和现实、人类共同的文明和俄罗斯的国情深思熟虑的基础上，提出的一条 既不左，又不右的务实的道路。 普京的中间主义道路，政治上是指在认同现代民主政治制度的同时要建立强 有力的国家政权体系：经济上是指既不回到过去的计划经济体制，也不再搞前几 年照搬西方模式的激进经济改革，而是“摸索自己的改革道路和寻找自己的模 式”，“将市场经济和民主原则与俄罗斯的现实有机地结合起来”，寻找一条符合 俄罗斯国情的改革道路。这条道路的总目标是：“发展俄罗斯的民主、建立文明 的市场和法治国家。”最主要的任务是提高俄罗斯人民的生活水平。 普京的中间主义道路的特点是折衷调和性、务实性和开拓进取性。 普京的中间主义道路运作四年多来，在经济、政治和外交方面取得了许多成 就，从实践上证明其合理性和可行性。在中间主义道路指引下，俄罗斯的经济、 政治、文化和外交等领域的改革正在进一步深化，俄罗斯改革的深化和发展将对 中国的改革产生重大的影响。 关键词：普京中间主义道路 AbstractPu-fins Abstract Pu-fins neutralist way is a practical one that is neither leftward nor ri曲tward and that is based on foundation of summed up experience and lesson of Soviet socialist developments,on deep thinking offailure of 10一year Russian political and economical reform，on cogitative with Russian history,reality and the civilization of mankind and Russian situafion． Pu—tin’s neutralist way is a very strong political power system in politics while modem democracy is identified；In economy that is a reformation road which‘‘accord with Russian situation and put together with market economy and democracy principle and actuality”；“That is a Russian mode’?That is neither the past planned economy system nor copy of the western mode．The genera／aim of this road is：The “developing Russias democracies，establishing the civilization’S market and democracy．’1The uppermost mission is increasing Russian people’S standard of living． Characteristics of Pu—kings neutralist way is：compromised concordance practical，exploit enterprising． A l叭of achievement at economy,politics．diplomacy aspect with four years operation of Pu—fins neutralist way proved its rationality and possibility．Along the road，Russias reformation at economy,politics，culture，diplomacy is being deepen。 There are many significations of use for reference to Chinese reformation from the experience of Russian reformation． Key Words：Pu—tin Neutralist Way y y 6 4 2 8 2 7 学位论文独创性声明 本人郑重声明； 1、坚持以“求实、创新”的科学精神从事研究工作。 2、本论文是我个人在
