产业化经营的瓶颈的基础下，全面系统地首次提出“股田制”的实施 产业化经营的瓶颈的基础下，全面系统地首次提出“股田制”的实施 条件、组织结构、内容以及操作模式。 关键词：农业产业化股份合作土地制度股田制 AbstractAfter Abstract After the foundation of the People’S Republic of China幻1949，China，s agnculture industry experienced many phases characterized with the operauon form like land reform，rural cooperative，output～related svstem of contracted responsibilities by family,and SO on．In the middle of 1990’s,agriculture integration”became an important principle for the Communist Party and the state’。agricultural policy making，and has achieved a lot in the recent two decades After transforming development in ten years more， our country，s agriculture now is entering a creative stage，i．e．time for integrating the benefit distribution，monopolization competition between the relative producers to realize the agriculture scale economy together with competitive energy． This paper begins with the fruitful achievements of China，s agricuiture 1ndustry,discusses that the integration is the reasonable necessity of the further reform of agriculture and country economy under the market ecOnomy situation background．Then the author studies the diffe陀nt forms of the agriculture integration operations from hoIIle and abroad． and found two important factors formed the bottleneck of China，s agriculture integration development，the conflict between the economv scale of land and the present dispersive land system，and the benefit distribution between the corporation and the farmers．Based On the above studies，the author introduced the land—stock mode for integratioll operation． As an innovating mode for agricultul’e integration operation．the land·stock land·stock mode is still on its early stage．Based on the spontaneous unions of land，capital and work from farmers，this mode integrates the sources and operation factors to supply series of services for the agriculture operation under the organization form of stock share cooperation． This paper studies the origin，development and application of the
