ABSTRACTLiu ABSTRACT Liu Xizai is the famous essayist in Qing dynasty．His respenstive work, Fi Gaff which is unique for it’s completeneness of sturcture，abundanceof the content,creativety of views，is considered as the‘the earliest literary conspectus in China’．His work Jing H Gai which express lots of ideas with few words，is the sixth volume ofthe work,H G『口；．Liu Xizai spent all his life time working on the eight-part essay of the imperial examinations．He combined the wrtting skills in the kernel of literature and the formats of literature．He is the mail with special creativity and master of expressing all the thoughts．It is said articles can make people wise，enlarge their knowledge for daily u∞．and the work,J／ng聆Gai,is easily to be understood by the on骼 who know it well．Based on the analysion,content,structure and choice of words，this paper is going to show the kernel ofLiu Xizai’S works and explain the contribution ofLiu’S special thcrories．This paper is also helpful to today’s literature comment and literature creativty． The paper contains three parts：prodrome，analysion and conclusion． ‘For the prodorme part，the paper rnaily talks about the basic introduction of Liu Xizai，the version of B Gai，the importance of resarching Jing H Gai, the actuality of the nowdays literature word，the ways and angles of researching this paper． For the analysion part,the paper explains J／ng H Gai form the follwing four aspects： ．I comment on title．Liu believes the agreement betweent the title and the content is the most important thing．To come to the agreement,the writer should respect the title first．Second of all，the writer needs to know the titile． Ilcomment Ilcomment on content．As Liu believes,art article should contain three key elements，the most important one is completeness ofthe idea,that is，the main topic of the article．The paper will discuss me thought of Liu’s writing fiom two aspects：how to show main idea and how to youcs on the main idea．III comment on s拄ucture．Liu does
