中華兒童文藝陶冶營時間流程表 TA 組 Chinese Folk Arts Summer Camp Schedule 青少年義工星期一工作流程 Youth Volunteers Monday Work Flow 時間 Time 活動名稱Activities 工作內容 Description of Responsibilities 7:15 ~ 7:45 簽到 Sign-in 義工簽到義工集合 提醒第一天工作流程 分配工作 Report to the TA Leader for the Monday meeting 7:45 ~ 8:00 準備工作 Preparation 協助會場佈置 Sign in and help set up the camp 8:00 ~ 8:15 細節提醒 集中各組義工 分發學生名牌 Report to the Activity Coordinator for the daily plan meeting 8:15 ~ 8:30 各組就位Stand by 迎接小朋友 Stand in position to greet new campers 8:30 ~ 9:15 學生報到 Campers Arrive 迎接學生入營、報到,及自我介紹, 幫小朋友帶上名牌 Group Activity – lead a group self-introduction, hand out name tags, receive the group color flag, TA 請將小朋友水瓶帶到集合會場所, bring your campers water bottles to the gym 9:15 ~ 10:30 新生訓練 Campers’ Orientation Group Activities 進入各隊指定區域,協助維持秩序, 一起唱團歌,跳舞,玩遊戲 Lead campers when entering the assembly and help them sit at the designated area, supervise campers, assist with safety patrol 10:30 ~ 10:45 休息 Break 帶領小朋友喝水,上廁所,集合回禮堂 Take campers to the bathroom, tell them to drink water, bring campers back to the gym 10:45 ~ 12:00 團康活動 Camp 集體團康活動, 進入各隊指定區域,協助維持秩序, 一起唱團歌,跳舞,玩遊戲Lead campers when entering the assembly and guide them to the designated area, assist with the safety patrol 12:00 ~ 1:00 午餐時間 Lunch Time 帶隊進入午餐區, 幫助維持秩序, Supervise campers, help them enter the lunch area in order and sit at their designated table, assist in distributing lunch 1:00 ~ 2:15 進入教室第一節 課 First Class 協助老師幫忙小朋友參與活動, 提醒小朋友遵守規則, 協助小朋友分發作品收集袋, 作品上貼名牌, 收集水瓶放在教室內指定位置 Assist the instructor in working on different projects, gather campers’ water bottles, encourage campers to participate in activities 2:15 ~ 2:30 休息 Break Same as previous break 2:30 ~ 3:45 進入教室 第二節 Second Class 協助小朋友分發作品收集袋, 作品上貼名牌 Help campers put their names on all artwork. Save all crafts and artwork until Friday, when they can bring it home. 3:45 ~ 4:00 休息 Break Same as previous break, TA 請將小朋友水瓶帶到集合會場所, bring campers water bottles to the gym 4:0
