This thesis expounds the background and the function of the sourcing center of multinational company. By studying of outsourcing business in the Sourcing center company A, a practical method for the project evaluation, supplier development, selection and evaluation which is suitable for the multinational company has been established, therefore make it more efficient and rational for the supplier selection. Project is an effort for realizing a given goal, which will utilize the resource efficiently. It bases on a set of special but related tasks. For the company A, a project is to find a suitable supplier for different tasks. Hence the key point of the success for company A’s project is how to find the right supplier quickly with the limited resources. An efficient, suitable and comprehensive supplier evaluating system, could make it more quickly to establish supplier database and provide a good condition for the supplier selection.
