Swimming is one of the most popular elective programs in college physical education at colleges and universities, especially in breaststroke. However, the teaching quality and teaching efficiency of the breaststroke are not high. The main reason for the poor teaching effect is that the teaching methods and means are too dull, they lack positive guidance to students and improperly use targeted teaching methods for the core technical actions.
