重庆大学 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 PAGE PAGE VI ABSTRACT Lotus plumule, the embryo of the seed of Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn, has been extensively used as a traditional medicinal herb in China for thousands of years. It has many pharmacological activities, which was primarily used for nervous disorders, insomnia, high fevers with restlessness, and cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and arrhythmia. However, few paper reported the comprehensive research about the extraction methods and quality control of which mainly concentrated on its weak polar compounds-alkaloids. At present, the domestic and foreign research about the extraction methods of Lotus plumule is not too deep, such as: separation of alkaloids by simple acid-base method. Those methods inaditional standards may not give a complete picture of Lotus plumule. But from a variety of efficacy and uses of Lotus plumule, must proceed from the overall concept, the comprehensive system research on the Lotus plumule, new extraction and isolation technologies with the design of experimental methods should be carded out and search for more accurate quantitative measurement technology, provide the new ideas about quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the following contents are included: 1．Establishment of extraction method. In order to improve the extraction yie ld of Lotus plumule alkaloids, system studied the influence of different extraction solvents and methods for its extraction. This chapter use variety of solvents suc h as acid water, alcohol, organic solvent and a variety of extraction method (hea ting refluxing extraction, quenching method, ultrasonic extraction and soxhlet extr action) in order to give a comprehensive comparative study for alkaloid extractio n yield of Lotus plumule, this research can provide the reference and basis of e xtraction and purification alkaloid from Lotus plumule.
