畜禽肌肉、内脏及虾中磺胺二甲嘧啶残留量的检测技术研究 1 1 1 1 2 3 蒋定国 　杨大进 　王竹天 　方从容 　王玉莲 　文玉雪 ( 1. 中国疾控中心营养与食品安全所 ,北京 　10002 1 ; 2 . 泰安市卫生防疫站 ,山东 　泰安 　271000 ; 3 . 珲春市卫生防疫站 ,吉林 　珲春 　133300) 摘 　要 :为了快速 、简便 、灵敏地监测畜禽肌肉、内脏及虾中的磺胺二甲嘧啶残留 ,建立了高效液相 色谱法快速检测技术 。动物组织中的磺胺二甲嘧啶用二氯甲烷超声提取 3 次 ,提取液与 2 %硫酸 钠水溶液进行液 - 液分配 ,下层有机相经脱水 、浓缩后用 002 molL 盐酸溶解浓缩瓶中残留物 , 以 正己烷去除脂溶性杂质 ,经 045 μ m 滤膜过滤后供 HPLC 测定 。结果表明本方法的线性范围为 02 μ μ μ ～30 gmL ,方法的最低检出浓度为 21 gkg ,在 50～100 gkg 的加标水平 ,方法平均回收率为 766 %～936 % ,相对标准偏差为 44 %～84 % 。该方法适用范围广 , 回收率高 ,检测限低 ,简单易 行 ,易于在基层推广应用 。 关键词 : 肉; 虾 ; 磺胺二甲嘧啶 Study on the determination of sulfamethazine residue in muscle and viscera of livestock , poultry and shrimp Jiang Dingguo , et al . The sulfamethazine in animal tissues was extracted three times by dichloromethane with ultrasonic . The extract was cleaned up with 2 % Na SO solution ,dehydrated with Na SO ,and then concentrated .
