In the fourth section, the author analyzes the effects of establishing and using children growth portfolio. The effects include four aspects. Firstly, it broadens the kindergarten’s methods of education evaluation works. Secondly, it highlights the principal position of children. Thirdly, it improves the professional quality of teachers involved. Lastly, it enhances the education resultant force of teachers and parents. In the fifth section, the author suggests that teachers should pay special attention to the following questions when establishing and using children growth portfolio. Firstly,make efforts to improve professional theory quality and consciously change the concept of evaluation. Secondly,make reasonable selections of children’s works inside the growth portfolio and fully exploit the value of these works. Thirdly, enhance the action planning and the purpose,and reasonably allocate time and energy in the process of establishing and using children growth portfolio. Lastly, improve the quality of their cooperation,and make the work conventional . In the last section, the author reflects the deficiency on this action research.
