博望区城市生活污水2 万t/d 处理工程设计d 处理工程设计 环境工程专业 王琰 （099044156）指导教师 王诗生 副教授 摘 要 随着我国城市化的加快，大量的生活污水随之产生，为了防止污水直接排放造成 水环境的破坏，城市生活污水必须经过严格的处理，达标后才能排放。 根据本设计污水的水质特征，经过方案比较后确定采用预处理+厌氧池+卡鲁塞 尔2000 氧化沟处理系统。为达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002 ） 一级A 标准，进一步采用了V 型滤池三级处理工艺。 根据处理工艺，对各构筑物进行了详细计算，并对附属设备进行了选型。完成各 构筑物和管线图的CAD 绘制后，开始了高程计算并完成了高程的CAD 绘制。最后 进行了经济预算和平面图的手工绘制，最终完成设计。 关键词：生活污水 脱氮除磷 卡鲁塞尔2000 氧化沟 三级处理 第 1 页 共100 页 Abstract With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, large amount of domestic sewage was produced. To prevent the destruction of water environment caused by the sewage direct emissions, city domestic sewage must be discharged only after strict teeatment and reaching to the standard. On the basis of the quality of the wastewater, this design finally chooses pretreatment + anaerobic pond + Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch treatment system by alternatives comparison. This design adopts to V-filter as tertiary treatment further to meet the Standard A of the first class in “Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant” (GB18918-2002). According to the treatment process, I made calculation of various constructures in detail and the selection of corresponding auxiliary equipment. Then started the height computation and completed the height drawing with CAD after completing the pipeline drawing and the structure drawings of the main buildings with CAD. Finally completed the general layout of sewage treatment plant with hand and economy was also budgeted, and finished the design.
