Flower, skin, flesh and seed of Kadsura Coccinea fruit were extracted (and analyzed) using solid phase micro extraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The result showed that 94 compounds were identified from 4 parts of Kadsura Coccinea fruit and content of which was 92.8%. Through release (identification) of substances to species, alcohols, alkanes and alkenes were the major compounds. Alkenes were the most major compounds. There were differences of compounds from 4 parts of Kadsura Coccinea fruit and the main components were not the same. 4 parts of Kadsura Coccinea fruit contained 6 same kinds identical compounds, but which were not major component. There were differences from content and material types of 4 parts of Kadsura Coccinea fruit; however 4 parts of Kadsura Coccinea fruit all contained 3 kinds main constituent substances such as alcohols, alkanes and alkenes and alkenes were the most major constituent substances. Caryophyllene, Pinene, Myrcene and Cadinene were major compounds of flower, skin and flesh of Kadsura Coccinea fruit, which had health and medicinal effects.
