浅谈如何加强班组 安全建设与管理 摘 要 本文先从班组安全建设与管理的基本概念谈起，了解班组安全建设与管理的基本内容；然后结合本单位的班组建设情况分析班组安全建设与管理的有利因素和不利因素；重点叙述了班组安全管理存在的问题，及时发现班组安全管理的许多不足之处，为以后的安全建设与管理奠定基础。 2010年3月，管道局HSE体系推进工作全面启动。物业管理处深入开展以转变观念为先导，规章制度为基础，健全培训、绩效考核体系为保障的HSE体系推进工作。物业管理处的五个班组，各个班组情况都不相同，其中水暖运行班以及电力维修班是安全重点防护单位。水暖运行班班组成员多、工种多需要对各个工种进行风险识别与控制。班组安全建设与管理需要全体员工的参与，全面调动员工的安全意识，使员工的安全理念由“要我安全”到“我要安全”的转变。 本文重点阐述如何加强班组的安全建设与管理的方法：选好班组带头人、宣传安全建设的理念、落实安全培训工作、推进标准化作业、抓好设备管理、加强安全工器具的质量管理。这些方法有助于提高员工的安全意识，有助于班组的安全建设与管理，最终达到“零伤害、零污染、零事故”的管道局HSE战略目标。 关键词：班组 安全建设与管理 风险识别与控制 HSE体系 Abstract This paper begins with team building and management of security about the basic concepts, understanding of team building and management of security elements; team of the unit and building construction and management of team security favorable and unfavorable factors; focus on the safety team described problems in the management, security management team to discover the many shortcomings, the security for the future lay the foundation for the construction and management.
