第 1 2 卷 第 3 期 中 国 安 全 科 学 学 报 Vol . 1 2 No . 3 　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　 2 0 0 2 年 6 月 China Safety Science Journal J un . 2 0 0 2 关于做好安全生产统计工作的探讨 孙安弟　高级工程师 (上海市安全生产领导小组办公室) 学科分类与代码 :6202060 【摘 　要】　我国现有的各类安全事故的统计工作中 ,存在着一些隐瞒伤亡事故报告的情况 ,其 原因是 :一些小企业不知如何报告 ;重伤报告面窄、量少 ;各类上报的伤亡数有些重复、交叉 ;各类保 险的覆盖面不宽、难提供准确数据等问题。笔者提出了加强政府安全部门的统计工作的有效措施 , 例如 :采用伤亡人员身份证号码和事故发生日期等代码 ;用计算机管理以防止重复统计 ;加快社区 网络的建设 ,发挥街道、乡镇安全人员作用 ;扩大各类工伤保险覆盖面 ;与卫生部门协作建立医院事 故伤亡报告制度等对策 , 以期提高工伤事故统计工作的水平。 【关键词】　事故伤亡 　统计 　对策 Probe into How to Improve the Accident Statistics Sun Andi ,Senior Engineer (Office of Shanghai Municipal Leading Group of Production Safety) Abstract : 　In current accident statistics in China , accident casualty reports are sometimes held back. Following causes are usually seen. Some small enterprises do not know how to report . Serious injuries are rarely reported. Part of reports is redundant or overlapped. The coverage of insurance is rather nar row and could not provide accurate data. Author suggests some effective measures for reinforcing the statistics in the governmental safety department . For instance , the ID numbers of casualties and occur rence date of the accident could be adopted. The accident management could be computerized to avoid redundant statistics. The establishment of community construction could be hastened to bring the ini tiative of safety staff in neighborhood and village into full play. The coverage of accident insurance could be widened. Hospitals could be coordinated to establish a reporting system for acciden
