Word格式 PAGE 完美整理 摘 要 本设计是静海花园住宅小区污水处理站的初步设计。设计处理废水为典型的住宅小区生活污水，最大处理规模为2000m3/d，处理水质为：BOD5 = 200mg/L、COD = 380 mg/L、SS = 150 mg/L、NH3-N = 25 mg/L、动植物油=10mg/L，设计出水水质：BOD5 ≤ 20 mg/L、COD ≤60 mg/L、SS ≤ 20 mg/L、NH3-N ≤ 8 mg/L、pH=6-9。要求污水处理后达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准（GB18918－2002）》的一级B标准。 设计采用SBR法工艺，工艺主体构筑物主要包括调节池、沉砂池、SBR池、消毒池和污泥浓缩池。生物处理池采用的是SBR工艺，该方法不仅工艺流程简单、占地面积小、投资较低，而且适用范围广。污泥浓缩采用辐流式圆形重力连续式污泥浓缩池。本工艺具有出水水质良好、生化反应推动力大、沉淀效果好、不易发生污泥膨胀、剩余污泥量小，性质稳定、以及运行灵活、抗冲击能力强、可实现不同的处理目标等特点。 关键词：住宅小区，生活污水，SBR工艺  Abstract This is a preliminary design of sewage treatment station for the Jinghai Garden .The design of wastewater treatment is the typical residential quarters of domestic sewage, the scale of 2000 tons / day water quality: BOD5 = 200mg / L, COD = 380 mg / L, SS = 150 mg / L, NH3-N = 25 mg / L, animal and vegetable oils is 10mg / L, the design of water quality: BOD5 ≤ 20 mg / L, COD ≤ 60 mg / L, SS ≤ 20 mg / L, NH3-N ≤ 8 mg / L, pH = 6-9. After treatment requirements the wastewater to achieve the first level standards of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB18918-2002). The main structures of the method of SBR include settling basin , biological treatment and sludge thickening tank pool.Biological treatment tank use the technology of SBR which not only simple, small footprint, low investment, but also a wide range.Sludge thickening use the sludge thickening gravity-flow continuous circular sludge thickening tank. The characteristics of this technology are good quality of the wastewater a good driving force for biochemical reactions, and precipitation effects, and occurrence of sludge bulking is not frequently , a small amount of excess sludge, the nature of stability, as well as the operation of flexible, strong impact, achievable different goals.
