　　 大学生医疗保险问题研究及对策分析 摘要 大学生是国家的栋梁和人才，他们的身体健康十分重要，所以大学生也被纳入了国家的医疗保险制度。社会医疗保险制度并不适合大学生这个群体。新医保在人们的盼望中经过多次修改进入了国家社会保险范围中。要在大学生医疗保险改革制度不断推进的情况下不断提升大学生医疗保险工作科学决策，必要的前提就是科学系统地考察其改革的成效，并且对改革过程中出现的新矛盾，新情况和新问题进行恰当的解决。要推动大学生医疗保险制度在全国范围内得到推广和可持续发展，就需要及时发现问题，找到原因，解决问题，提出意见建议，完善制度这就需要在推进医保改革的时候对它进行系统性地评价。 本篇论文主要阐述大学生医保的现实状况、存在的一些弊端以及大学生医保制度的特点，通过对这些问题的分析，就能够找出出现该问题的原因，并且对该问题想出一些对策。 关键词：医疗服务；商业保险；公费医疗保险 　 Abstract　 College students are the backbone of the country and the people, is very important to their health, so students have also been incorporated into the national health insurance system.The social medical insurance system is not suitable for this group of College students.
