Existing logistics management system generally adopt technologies such as GPS, GIS, RFID technology in tracking logistics transportation process, but lack management and supervision of the final delivery link. With the popularity of smartphones ,especially Android mobile phones, mobile application is becoming more and more extensive. This paper introduces location technology, barcode scanning technology based on Android Terminal.Then relevant technical solutions for the further research and extension.Finally,the Logistics Monitoring Application for Android is designed and implemented.
