CA199在卵巢成熟畸胎瘤中临床价值探析 ［摘要］目的探讨糖抗原199 (CA199)在卵巢成熟 畸胎瘤的临床价值。方法选取2008年1月?2012年12月 在南宁市第二人民医院妇科进行手术治疗并且病理学确诊 卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者的CA199水平进行回顾性分析。结果86 例患者中 31 例 CA199 升高(208. 33±197.46) U/mL, 55 例 CA199水平正常(15.86土 14.29) U/mL,升高组中肿瘤最大 径(54. 67±21.35) mm,正常组(40. 63±16. 15) mm,升高 组CA199术后3d的水平术前明显降低，升高组中有16例肿 瘤累及双侧，占51.61%o结论CA199在妇科良性疾病中也 有表达，在卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的诊断中有一定的临床意义，同 时对治疗方式及预后亦有指导作用，但仍需进一步的研究探 索。 ［关键词］卵巢肿瘤；畸胎瘤；糖抗原199 ［中图分类号］R737. 31 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编号］ 2095-0616 (2013) 22-189-02 Investigation on the clinical value of carbohydrate antigen 199 in mature ovarian teratoma LING Mei 0U Tingyu Department of Gynaecology, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University，Nanning Second People， s Hospital, Nanning 530031, China [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of carbohydrate antigen 199 in mature ovarian teratoma? Methods the CAI99 levels in patients operated at Nanning Second People s Hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were retrospectively studied , whose pathological diagnosis was mature ovarian teratoma. Results In all 86 patients, serum CAI99 significantly rose up at the level ( 20 33± 197. 46 ) U/mL in 31 patients, and the level (15? 86 + 14. 29)U/mL maintained normal in 55 patients? The largest diameter of tumors was (54. 67 + 21.35) mm in eleva ted group, as well as (40. 63± 16. 15) mm in the normal group. The CAI99 levels of elevated group obviously reduced three days after operations? There was 16 patients in elevated group whose tumor occurred bilaterally, accounted for 51. 61%. Conclusion CAI99 may be expressed in some gynaecology benign diseases , and it has certain clinical significance on the diagnosis of mature ovarian teratoma, and play a guiding role on the treatment and prognosis? These also need further clinical researches.
