Therefore, a good car suspension spring is one of the key factors of security car running performance. The automobile suspension spring is an important functional parts, car chassis suspension system main function is to absorb vibration ensure occupant comfort. From the technical analysis, it also plays a maintain tire and ground joint, ensure the vehicles maneuvering function. Helical spring as an important parts of the automobile suspension system, the running performance of the car has an important influence. In recent years, the domestic and external theoretical research and technology of the helical spring technology has great development. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of the engineering application requirements, a new type of spring also appear constantly.
