青岛理工大学毕业设计 PAGE 33 - 青岛理工大学毕业设计 1 - 1 - 摘 要 汽车板簧是汽车的重要组成成分，关系着汽车的安全性与舒适性，在当今汽车行业飞速发展的今天汽车板簧试验机的研究与改进有着非常重要的意义。通过板簧疲劳试验机的测试，才能知道汽车板簧是否符合目标要求，降低汽车残次品的数量，是消费者得到最大的利益，并且有效的保证了消费者的生命安全。所以不论从研究意义及社会意义上，汽车板簧试验机有着不可替代的意义，保证这当今汽车行业的良性发展。 汽车板簧疲劳试验机设计的目的是检测汽车板簧的抗疲劳强度，以保证汽车的安全运行。本次的设计知识包括了机械、电气以及液压的知识，采用科学严谨的研究方法，保证整个试验机的正常运行。最后运用labviwe仿真软件，电路部分进行模拟。汽车板簧疲劳试验机可以很好的预计板簧的抗疲劳强度，从而保证了人民的生命安全，及车辆的行驶安全。 关键词：汽车板簧；疲劳试验机；电液伺服试验机 ABSTRACT Automotive leaf spring is an important component of the car，Relationship with the cars safety and comfort,Research and Improvement in the rapid development of todays automotive industry, automotive leaf spring testing machine today has a very important significance.Plate spring fatigue testing machine test ,In order to know whether the objectives and requirements of automotive leaf spring ,Reduce the number of cars of defective goods ,Consumers get the maximum benefit , and effectively guarantee the safety of the consumers .So, whether from the research on the meaning and social significance，Automobile spring testing machine irreplaceable significance ,This is to ensure the healthy development of todays automotive industry.The purpose of automobile spring fatigue testing machine is designed to detect fatigue strength automotive leaf spring ,To ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.The design knowledge, including mechanical , electrical and hydraulic knowledge,Using rigorous scientific methods ,To ensure the normal operation of the entire testing machine .Finally, we use labviwe simulation software,Analog circuit section .Automobile spring fatigue testing machine is expected to be a good leaf spring fatigue strength ,Thus ensuring the safety of the people, and driving safety of the vehicle.
