题目：配送中心业务流程优化设计——以麦德龙为例 作者姓名 张 永 辉 指导教师 杨 柏 欢 二级学院 商 学 院 专 业 物流管理 学 号 8B094221 2013年 5月 11日 西安培华学院本科毕业论文（设计） 配送中心业务流程优化设计—以麦德龙为例 PAGE IV 配送中心业务流程优化设计 ——以麦德龙为例 摘 要 麦德龙于1995年与上海锦江集团合作，在上海普陀区开设了第一家商场，从一开始就取得了惊人的成功，给中国物流行业带来了全新的概念，填补了中国在物流仓储业态上的空白。其独特的配送中心运作模式是其在中国市场成功的关键。在物流技术和理念不断发展的今天，这一运作模式也应结合实际情况进行完善。 本文将以麦德龙（中国）现购自运有限责任公司为例，以对麦德龙原有配送模式为内容，结合企业物流配送战略规划、配送中心优化设计的相关理论以及业务流程再造等相关理论，对麦德龙现有的配送中心运作模式以及其物流配送环境进行全方面的分析，找出了其现有配送中心存在的一些问题，并针对信息不畅、采购集权、退换货繁琐、转仓操作效率低下等问题提出了一些建议。同时对其配送中心信息共享改进和采购、退换货流程再造，优化其配送中心业务流程，最终为麦德龙制定切实可行的、适应其发展的配送流程方案，从而提高企业竞争力。 关键词：物流配送；配送中心；优化设计；方案 Distribution center business process optimization design ——to Metro as an example Abstract Metro cooperates with Shanghai jinjiang group in 1995, opened its first store in Shanghai putuo district, was a striking success right from the start, to Chinas logistics industry has brought new concept, to fill the gaps in China on the logistics storage formats.
