The experiments were conducted in the Environmental Wind Tunnel of National Taiwan Ocean University which had a test section with the cross section of 2m wide by 1.4m high, and a length of 12.6m. Spires and roughness elements were reguarly deployed to simulate the atmospheric turbulent boundary layer type in the harbor near the city.
