乌鲁木齐地区临床医师职业幸福感现状 调查 佟晓露 佟晓露 新疆医科大学马克思主义学院 摘要： 口的探讨乌鲁木齐地区临床医师的职业幸福感现状及其影响因素，为今后的干 预与提升策略提供理论依据。方法 选择2016年9-12月乌鲁木齐地区5所不同 级别医院的182名临床医师，采用自编《临床洪师职业幸福感量表》进行问卷调 查，比较不同性别、学历、月薪、科室临床医师职业幸福感情况。结果乌鲁木 齐地区临床医师职业幸福感水平平均得分为(2?86±0.47)分。除了自我价值、 薪酬待遇2个维度以外，男性临床医师在其他维度的平均得分均高于女性临床 医师，差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。除了身心健康、人际关系2个维度以外， 具有博士学历的临床医师在其他维度的平均得分均高于硕士和大学本科及以下 学历的临床医师，差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。临床医师职业幸福感随着月薪 的增加而不断提高。除了社会信心维度外，不同科室的临床医师职业幸福感差异 有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论乌鲁木齐地区临床医师职业幸福感还有进一步 提升的空间，临床医师职业幸福感水平的提升述需医院和医师双方的共同努力。 关键词： 临床医师;职业幸福感;医院; 作者简介：高矗辉(1991-),男，硕士，助教，研究方向：医学人文， E-idei订:463083634@qq. com。 作者简介：佟晓露，女(锡伯族)，教授，硕士生导师，研究方向：医学伦理学, E-mail:740022580@qq. com。 收稿日期：2017-03-01 基金：国家社会科学基金(13XZZ010) A survey of occupational well-bein among clinicians in Urumqi GAO Chuhui TONG Xiaolu School of Marxism, Xinjiang Medical University; Abstract： Objective To investigate the sense of happiness of occupational well-being and its influencing factors of clinicians in Urumqi, thereby providing theoretical basis for future intervention and promotion strategies. Methods A total of 182 cl inicians were enrol1ed from 5 hospitals with diffcrcnt levels in Urumqi from September to December 2016. The occupational well-being scale for clinicians was used to investigate the occupational well-being of doctors in different departments with different gender, educational level, monthly salary and Department of occupationeil wel l"being.
