长春中医药大学2009 届硕士学位论文 英文摘要 ABSTRACT Objective To observe the curative effective and the badness and the side-effective of naoluotai injection to the convalescence stage of ischemic apoplexy(cerebral infarction). Methods Averagely randomize sixty patients to treatment group and comparison group, treatment group have thirty and comparison group have thirty. Adopts stochastically, imitates blindly, the masculine medicine parallel comparison. The patients in treatment group take naoluotai injection 20ml, join 0.9% brine i.v , 40 drops end ，1 each time, and comparison group shuxuetong injection 6ml , join 0.9% brine i.v , 40 drops end ，1 each time. one period of treatment is two weeks. Result The clinical curative effective: The treated groups total effective rate 86.67 ％,with stat. analysis is better than that of the contrast group. 83.33 ％.The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign: The treatea group total effective rate, 46.67% with stat. analysis,is better than that of the contrast group.The badness and side. effect: There are no side. effects in both groups. Conclusion Naoluotai injection is better than shuxuetong in the therapy of the convalescence stage of ischemic apoplexy, which call decrease scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign especially to torpidity. naoluotai injection has a good foreground for clinic.
