PAGE 10 《珠三角地區民營企業短壽問題成因及對策研究》 摘要 經過二十多年的發展，中國民營企業已經崛起，尤其是珠三角地區民營企業發展迅猛，成為我國國民經濟的重要組成部分，而且是最活躍、最具潛力、最有發展前景的部分。然而，中國民營企業“短壽”和“長不大”現象普遍存在。本文選定中國民營企業最集中，實力最強的珠三角地區的民營企業進行研究，著重從企業家遠見、企業現金流、企業的品牌化和企業外部環境等方面考察影響珠三角地區民營企業長期生存的諸多因素，並由此構建了民營企業長期生存的因素作用模型，解釋了民營企業短壽問題的成因並給出了對策。 與其他學者的研究相比，本文在研究視角、研究方法、實證模型與變數、研究發現等方面有一定的創新。本研究在參照前人研究的基礎上，構建了一個企業長期生存影響因素的線性回歸模型，然後把對珠三角地區民營企業的調查資料代入其中，使用統計工具分析和討論了影響我國民營企業長期生存的因素，探索出一條新的研究中國民營企業基業長青的方法和手段。 關鍵字：民營企業，短壽，長期生存，影響因素  Abstract After 20 years of development, the Chinese private enterprise, particularly the private enterprise established in the Pearl River delta, become an important part of the our national economy, and it seems the most active, potential and the most promising part for developing the GDP. However, the Chinese private enterprise has some phenomena exists like “cannot grow up” or in other words “short-lived”. Our study selects the private enterprise in the Pearl River delta as respondent because they are most concentrated and have the strongest strength, we focus on the factors like the vision of entrepreneurs, enterprise cash flow, enterprises’ brand and the external environment of enterprise what affect whether the private enterprise can keep running and running or not. Based on it, we build a model, explain the reason of short-lived and give countermeasures. Compared with other scholars, based on research perspective, research methods, empirical model and variable, our study found that certain aspects of innovation. According to previous research, this research builds a linear regression model about enterprise long-term survival factors, then, we put the survey data regard to the private enterprise in the Pearl River delta, used some statistical tools to analysis and discuss the factors what influencing the long-term survival of private enterprises in China, explored a new researching method to help Chinese private enterprise to keep running and running.
