上汽公司财务分析 第 PAGE 1 页 共 NUMPAGES 3 页 摘 要 企业财务报表是反应企业经营状况的重要资料之一，通过企业财务报表可以分析企业的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力、成长能力进行全面分析，为企业的发展做好引导性作用。因而本文以上汽为例，对上汽的财务报表进行研究分析，通过财务报表数据进而发现企业在管理、发展过程中存在的问题与不足。首先，本文对上汽财务分析现状及其存在的问题进行分析；其次剖析上汽财务分析中存在的不足；再次，提出提升与规划上汽集团财务分析问题的策略，最后对上汽财务分析进行全方位的评价。继而通过本文的研究，对我国企业的财务分析研究提供相应的理论依据。 关键词：财务分析，财务报表，上汽 Abstract Enterprise financial report is one of the important information reaction enterprise management state, through the enterprise financial statements can be analyzed the enterprise debt paying ability, operation ability, profit ability, growth ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis, the leading role for the enterprises development.
