PAGE III 摘 要 刮板输送机是一种有挠性牵引机构的连续运输机械，是为采煤工作面和采区巷道运煤的机械。它具有适应性好，协作性好，耐磨性好，可弯曲性好，机身的强度和刚度高，能承受碰撞和冲击等优点，成为综采设备中最关键的设备之一，是煤炭装运的第一个环节，在很大程度上决定了采煤工作面的生产能力和效率。 本文主要对边双链型刮板输送机传动装置进行设计。剖分式链轮组件在运转过程中经常存在联接螺栓松动的问题，影响传动装置的可靠性。针对这一问题，本设计将链轮组件设计为整体式。对于刮板输送机的其他部件如机头架、过渡槽、中部槽、闸盘紧链器等，综合已有的多种结构进行最佳设计，进而完成输送机的整体结构设计，使其达到与滚筒采煤机和输送机推移装置配套，实现了落煤、装煤、运煤及推移输送机机械化的目标。 关键词：刮板输送机，链轮组价，中部槽 PAGE II Abstract Scraper conveyor is a kind of continuous transportation machinery with flexible traction mechanism,which is the machinery of coal transporting for the face coal and excavating district laneway.It has the advantages of good adaptability, cooperation, wearability, flexible, high strength and rigidity of the fuselage, supporting collision and impact and so on. It becames one of the most important synthetical excavate coal equipment, is the first tache of the coal shipping, decides the productivity and efficiency of the face coal mining to a great extent. The paper mainly designs the transmission device of side two chain types scraper conveyor. Previous separately sprocket assembly often occurs start bolt loosen phenomenon when running ,which influences the reliability of transmission device. Aim at this problem, this design of the scraper conveyor is integrated.For the other parts of conveyor , such as head framework , transition groove, middle groove and plate type brake of tight chain implement, are synthesized existed many structures and process optimum design , then complete the overall structural design of conveyor, make it cooperates with the cylinder machine and conveyor of coal mining and reach the goal of falling , packing , transporting , conveying coal mechanization.
