PAGE 14 摘 要 随着我国人口老龄化和肢体残疾人口的增加，对残疾人辅助工具的需求日益增加。作为一种先进的车辆多功能轮椅可以帮助他们提高他们的行动自由和重返社会。我国多功能轮椅的设计起步较晚，在组织的复杂性和灵活性上存在着差距。基于此，本文设计了一种多功能轮椅，满足残疾人的需求。 通过对我国多功能轮椅的结构和功能进行对比分析，确定了轮椅结构的基本功能。根据功能需求，设计了具有手推传动机构功能的轮椅机构和上下楼梯的功能，并进行了分析计算。根据人体生物力学和座椅设计的相关知识，设计了轮椅的总体尺寸。 本文创新设计了多功能轮椅的结构，使轮椅的结构实现了多种功能，有助于提高残疾人的生活质量，同时也改变了传统的设计方法，利用计算机辅助设计技术缩短了设计周期，提高了设计效率。 关键词：手推轮椅； 传动系统； 车身 Abstract As the problem of population aging in our country and the number of limb disabled people is increasing, the demand for the auxiliary tools of the disabled group is increasing. As an advanced vehicle multifunctional wheelchair can help them improve their freedom of action and reintegration into society. And the design of multifunctional wheelchair in our country starts late, there is a gap in the complexity and flexibility of the organization. Based on this, this paper designs a multifunctional wheelchair to meet the needs of people with disabilities. After comparing and analyzing the structure and function of the multi functional wheelchair in China, this paper determined the basic function of the wheelchair structure. According to the functional requirements, the mechanism design of the wheelchair which has the function of the hand push drive mechanism and the function of the upper and down stairs is designed, and the analysis and calculation are carried out. According to the knowledge of human biomechanics and seat design, the overall size of the wheelchair is designed. In this paper, the innovative design of the structure of multi functional wheelchair, so that the structure of the wheelchair to achieve a variety of functions, help to improve the quality of life of the disabled, but also changed the traditional design methods, the use of CAD technology to shorten the design cycle, improve the design efficiency.
