PAGE 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：雪城-西苇天然气管道工程初步设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专业班级： 指导教师： 2012 年 6 月 3 日 摘要 雪城-西苇天然气管道工程初步设计是根据设计任务书提供的原始数据，跟据输气管道工程设计规范以及相关设计规范的要求，进行初步设计计算。设计过程中，首先以一种设计压力、管径、钢材材质、有无内涂层、压比进行初步计算，然后编程计算不同管径、压比、有无内涂层等情况下的方案，经比较后确定最优方案。得出的最优方案进行重新布站，进行校核计算和设备选型。 本工程全长2150km，沿线共设两处分输站。工程计划分期投产，一期输气量40×108Nm3/a，二期输气量60×108Nm3/a投产启输量10×108Nm3/a。工程建设包括全线各站场、全线管道工程、自控、电力、通信、防腐及阴极保护等基础配套工程。管道全线采用SCADA自动控制系统，全线的运行操作由调度中心完成。输气干线防腐以三层PE防腐为主，同时以阴极保护为辅的防腐蚀控制，站内以牺牲阳极保护为主。 关键词：输气管道；设计计算；最优计算；工艺站场 ABSTRACT Xue Yu to Wei Cheng natural gas pipeline project preliminary design is based on the initial data provided by design assignment, and in accordance with the requirements of code for design of transmission pipeline engineering or other design specification, carry through preliminary design calculation. In the design process, firstly and approximately calculate one design pressure, one diameter, one steel material with internal coating, and then get calculating results of different diameter, wall thickness, with or without internal coating by program calculation, finally obtain the optimal scheme. According to the optimal scheme, accomplish check calculation and equipment selection. This project full length is 2011 km, a total of two sub-transmission supply natural gas to the market along the pipeline. It is a phased construction plan, first stage throughput is 40×108Nm3/a, and the eventually throughput is 60×108Nm3/a. the initial stage throughput is 10×108Nm3/a. This project construction include the basic construction of all station and pipeline, the controlled phase matching, power, communications, anti-corrosion and cathode protection and other initial matching project.
