Therefore, scientific evaluation of its level of development has a very important practical significance. The essay firstly analyses relative thesis of City Logistics and systematic reviews, secondly takes Zhuhai as example to study the City Logistics, and then build scientific City Logistics index evaluation system, thirdly after comparing several kinds of typical evaluation methods, it uses the software of SPSS and combines the principal component analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate and classify the City Logistics level of Zhuhai. Finally, conclusively gives suggestion to develop the City Logistics of zhuhai.
