Then, it introduces the possible risk and the source of each type of risk by the order of the process in food supply chain, from raw materials to the finished product order one by one, and carries on the analysis. Because of the food supply chain involving a large of people, long duration, and this paper do the corresponding prevention analysis according to the crowd duty classification. And then the corresponding prevention is put forward in view of the government, enterprises and consumers of the three different groups，draw lessons from past experiences and lessons of food industry development. The detailed preventive measures and countermeasures and Suggestions for future development of food supply chain industry in China is put forward, and made a simple prospect of the development of food industry chain in China.
