房屋中介平台信息系统分析和实现 房屋中介平台信息系统分析和实现 摘　要 传统的房屋中介买卖已经很难满足人们的需求，人们开始追求更加方便快捷的方式来寻找自己所需房源。正因为社会整体趋于网络化发展，所以一个房地产经纪公司想要在同行中脱颖而出赢得消费者的青睐，必须依靠在互联网上创建一个属于自己公司的网站为人们提供便捷的求租和出租方式。同时，房屋交易媒介也可以通过建立自己公司的我爱我家网站来加大对其公司的宣传力度，相比传统的广告宣传节约了许多成本。 本设计以MyEclipse 8.5为开发环境，以JSP为编程语言，网站数据库采用MySQL版本。通过将后台数据库与网站建立连接，创建出一个可以满足用户需求的我爱我家网站。 我爱我家网是集成租房、购房、售房为一体的信息管理系统，命名为我爱我家网，其主要功能包括用户对房源信息的搜索，用户在线与房产中介进行交谈，管理员对用户信息的管理，管理员对出租房源、出售房源的管理，留言板管理等功能模块。 关键词：MyEclipse 8.5　MySQL　房屋中介 Abstract Traditional housing agency business has been difficult to meet the needs of people, people began to pursue a more convenient way to find their own houses. Because the whole society tends to network development, so a real estate brokerage company to peer in talent shows itself to win the favor of consumers, we must rely on their own to create a companys website on the Internet provides a convenient way for people to rent and rent. At the same time, the real estate agency can also build its own companys housing intermediary website to increase publicity to its company, compared to traditional advertising, saving a lot of costs. This design takes MyEclipse 8.5 as the development environment, takes JSP as the programming language, the website database uses MySQL edition. By linking the backend database to the site, a housing intermediary site that meets user needs is created.
