地板辐射结合下送风供冷系统实验研究 张东亮 ，杲东彦，蔡宁 南京工程学院能源与动力工程学院 摘 要：测量地板辐射结合下送风供冷系统运行过程中的室内空气温湿度、围护结构表 面温度等室内环境参数，分析室内温湿度场、热舒适性的变化规律，并对室内空气环境进行 影响因素分析。实验结果表明：室内空气温湿度在系统开启 1.5h 内急剧下降，随后趋于稳 定，稳定时，竖向温湿度梯度很小，在热舒适限值范围内；MRT、OT 和 PMV-PPD 值在系统开 启后第 1 个小时减小速率最大，1.5h 后逐渐趋于稳定，系统稳定时，PMV 约为 0.49，PPD 约为 10%，均在 ISO7730 的推荐值范围内；室内空气温度和作用温度均随扰动量和操纵量的 增加而增加，当室外综合温度相对较低或较高，室内发热量或平均水温较低时，室内空气温 度和作用温度的增加率较小；室内空气温度和作用温度随着送风温度呈近似线性增加。 关键词：地板辐射供冷；下送风；实验研究 Experimental Study on Operating Performance of Radiant Floor Cooling Integrated with Underfloor ventilation System Dongliang Zhang, Dongyan Gao, Ning Cai Abstract: In radiant floor cooling integrated with underfloor air conditioning system, indoor air temperatures and wall surface temperatures are gathered under operating condition. The variations of indoor air temperature and humudity field, thermal comfort, and indoor air environment influencing factors are analyzed. Experimental results show that indoor air temperature and indoor air humidity decrease rapidly in 1.5h and then tend toward stability. Under stable condition, vertical temperature and humidity gradient is small, which is in the range of thermal comfort value. MRT, OT and PMV-PPD value decrease rapidly in 1h and tend toward stability after 1.5h. Under stable condition, PMV and PPD are approximately 0.49 and 10%, respectively, which are in the range of thermal comfort recommended value in ISO7730. Indoor air temperature and operative temperature increase with the increasing of disturbance and manipulated variables. The increasing ratio of IAT and OT are relatively small when comprehensive outdoor air temperature is relatively high or low, and indoor heat quantity or average water temperature is relatively low.
