浅议工程建设项目全寿命周期造价管理 卢中秋 （青岛名嘉集团造价部 266002） 摘要：在经济全球化和社会主义市场经济体制逐渐完善的背景下，从全过程造价管理向全寿命周期造价管理转变是必然趋势。本文对工程建设项目全寿命周期造价管理进行了探讨和研究。 Under the background of economic globalization and the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the change of cost management is becoming inevitable, whereas the trend is from the whole process to whole life-cycle.
